Cancellations & Ghosting Policy

No Judgment, No Removal, Ever!

Missing a session, or multiple, does not mean you are kicked out of the game. We understand that the fear of missing can compound into something overwhelming. Our GMs will simply write the story around your absence and write back in when you join. If you ghost for a while, you are always welcome back when you’re ready. We’re here to support you, not punish you. Your journey is yours, and we’re happy to have you in our realms, however often you can make it.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel a session (whether a campaign session or a one-shot), please let us know 24 hours in advance. This helps us respect our Game Masters’ time and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Ghosting:

We know that sometimes reaching out can be overwhelming. If you miss a session without notice:

• First time: You will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
• After that: You will receive a 50% refund, as we must fairly compensate our GMs for their time.
